problema plugin hdmi-cec y tv samsung ue49ku6640

Buenas, comento mi problema a ver si me podéis ayudar.
Tengo mi tu samsung ue49ku6640 a la cual conecto vu+zero con blackhole 2.1.7 al puerto hdmi 1 (stb/dvi) y un sistema 5.1 yamaha al hdmi 3 (arc).
Lo que me ocurre es que independientemente de la fuente (tv, hdmi1, hdmi2 ...) que eliga al apagar la tv, siempre al encenderla se va al hdmi 1 donde tengo conectado el deco vu+.
Da igual como tenga configurado el pluning hdmi-cec y del estado del deco (reposo o encendido) tiene que ser algo de incompatibilidad del del pluning hdmi-cec porque si lo desactivo,
el tv funciona correctamente(si apago el tv estando en tv al encendelo se queda en tv y si lo tengo en cualquier otra entrada (hdmi1,2, etc...) se queda en esa entrada).
he creado un log estando el tv en reposo y deco en reposo, enciendo la tv y sola se cambia a hdmi 1 y enciendo el deco que estaba en reposo a ver si veis algo raro.
